DEADLINES
All orders are due by 12:00p EST on Friday for shipment/pickup the following week. We do not ship after Wednesday to ensure that your product arrives by the weekend and does not sit in a un-airconditioned warehouse over the weekend.
For all orders, please indicate your desired pickup date in the special instructions field during checkout.
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING CHARGES
We pack all of our products in a large molded styrofoam cooler packed with gel packs and/or dry ice, with all remaining space taken up by kraft paper or packing peanuts to ensure that your products arrive safe and sound. Our shipping and handling fees include the costs of the cooler(s) and gel packs plus actual shipping charges.
We can deliver anywhere in the 48 states, however additional delivery charges vary due to extra dry ice and gel packs needed for extended transit times. Please email orders@libertybakeryonline.com to discuss delivery options.
